Tracking numbers are provided within 1-2 working days after shipping. We’ll email your tracking number and a link for you to track the progress of your delivery; however, if an email address can not be provided, you can contact our Customer Service Department to get the most recent updates on your order.

Ship from Australia to the rest of the world 

CAN I USE A FAKE NAME ON THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes, at your own risk. We advise you to do what you’re comfortable with. Although we have never had any issues with law enforcement, so we encourage using your real name as we feel it’s 100% safer. You just need to make sure the address matches your id, if picking up from the local post office. Please note using a fake name for Parcel Lockers does not work.

CAN I USE A PO BOX AS DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes. PO boxes are a great option if you’re not home for delivery.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE?

No. You will not need to sign for the package. You may need to show ID with the same address if picking up from the post office.

WHAT POSTAL SERVICES DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING ?

Your products are shipped via International Registered Mail through national (local) postal operators, which enables delivery to your address, service point or PO Box.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?

The item will be left in your mailbox or safe location if possible. Otherwise a “missed delivery card” will be left and need to pick up from the post office.
